Hello,

I’m a writer based out of New York City who writes about the environment, sports, investing, mindful living, and interesting people and places.

My stories have appeared in the pages of the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Sarasota Magazine, and the Washington Post, among others.

I wrote about college basketball at The Athletic, the sports publication, before working as a senior writer at Fundstrat Global Advisors, a Wall Street equity research boutique. Nearly all subjects interest me: I’ve written about a bartender who works 50-hour weeks to run a school in Nicaragua, students at a Harlem Lacrosse program, and a Native American lacrosse stick maker. I’ve also written about everything from executives and athletes to garbage collectors to spiritual leaders.

A native of Princeton, New Jersey, I graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in finance and journalism.

Since 2021, I’ve written a newsletter, “Inner Peace” — a collection of meditations and reflections to foster peace, love, and calmness.
